Taking our signature approach to implementing new processes and equipment, the modular design of our manufacturing floor is configured for growth. Our state-of-the-art machine shop utilizes the precision and efficiency of Mazak CNC Machines featuring their revolutionary Smooth Technology.
Paint
Our paint department utilizes the industry’s latest coatings and processes to ensure your Deshaport Inc product’s perfect finish is ready to withstand the harshest marine environments. Two 500 sq. ft. semi-down draft paint booths and our experienced team give us the ability to meet large-volume demands with unmatched quality.
Testing, Tuning & Assembly
Our innovative processes give partners unmatched attention to detail with every product tested, tuned and assembled to spec for each boat model. Dedicated work spaces ensure consistency in testing each configuration to produce the best product on the market from our hands to your production floor.

Warehouse | Inventory | Shipping
Here at Deshaport Inc we specialize in JIT shipping. Our warehouse size allows us to inventory products for several large OEM customers and ship to them according to a weekly/Bi-weekly/monthly production plan that is set up between a Deshaport Inc Account Manager and client. This allows our customers to free up more space for production and save on the manpower needed to manage extra inventory.
